We are so excited that you are visiting us at St Stephen.

Visiting a church for the first time can be a little intimidating. People tend to worry about what to wear or what to say and then there is that whole what if they make me do something I don't want to do. Relax, here's the deal. You can totally relax at St Stephen. We are changing to make it easier for you and we want to meet you where you are at on your spiritual journey. We all remember what it was like to be "new", so we want to encourage and invite.

Need more details! Check us out. We have two styles of worship. One is more fast paced. Led by a band, uses video and talks in everyday language. It's a no church speak zone. The other service is more traditional with organ and choir music, some people love to use a hymnal! And yes we use church language , prayers and all the stuff you grew up with. You choose, we are all about meeting you where you are at. In both services you can wear jeans or you can wear ties and dresses. (Please not all at once.) What ever makes you comfortable. As you can see from the photos, we have all types.

About our church family. We are just regular people. All of us searching for God's love and direction in our lives. So we are comfortable and want to make you comfortable. So we have a coffee bar to relax in and get to know some people. We love kids so we have the kids cove, kids zone and awesome nursery workers to care for the kids. Youth, we love them too and yes we think they are very special. Check out the web pages for each of these ministry areas.

About the worship, the messages and themes are design to speak to the real lives that we live. We call them messages because we are sharing. There's no talking down or guilt trips here, just people on a spiritual journey to grow closer to God and have our lives change by Christ's love. The services are fast paced because we know you live in a culture that has an attention span of about 2 seconds, but we also give you ways to take it with you so that you can chew on it during the week. No need to bring anything with you. We will welcome you at the door, get you a cup of coffee (caffeinated or decaffeinated, if you prefer) and let you try us out without any commitments on your part.
